Project Management For Networking Professional Services

Responsible for planning, managing, and executing end-to-end network deployment, migration, and professional services projects. Acts as a key liaison with business owners and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, adherence to SLAs, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

• Plan, track, and execute Network Professional Services projects including D0/D1/D2 deliveries, deployments, migrations, and lifecycle services.
• Develop and maintain resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation strategies, and issue resolution processes.
• Plan and run internal initiatives to support organizational goals.

Stakeholder Management:

• Work with business owners to understand and identify targeted outcomes and project requirements.
• Manage relationships with internal teams, partners, and senior/executive management to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Organize and attend Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to review project progress, financials, and outcomes.

Operations & Controls:

• Proactively manage operations by implementing the right controls and escalating issues when required.
• Ensure fulfillment of project requirements as stated in SLAs.
• Track project financials and assess business impact.

Qualifications:

• First-level university degree required; postgraduate degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or similar roles in network services or IT projects.
• Project Management certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or ITIL Expert.

Knowledge & Skills:

• In-depth understanding of services operational processes and project management methodologies.
• Good exposure to project management methods and best practices.
• Ability to drive agendas across multiple stakeholders and business areas.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
