Job Description

As a Sr. Manager - Project Management in Construction & Fit Outs, your role will involve overseeing and managing large-scale real estate projects valued above $10 million. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale real estate construction projects. - Ensuring quality governance of general contractors and adherence to project specifications and standards. - Documenting project progress meticulously using project management software to maintain an up-to-date master schedule. - Managing and executing projects with a value exceeding $10 million, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. - Handling commercial closure of projects, including final inspections, punch lists, and handover documentation. - Engaging with external consultants to resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution. - Documenting and managing change requests, assessing cost and time implications, and integrating them into the project plan. - Coordinating with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project alignment and success. - Monitoring project performance, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project objectives are met. - Preparing and presenting regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Your qualifications should include: - BE/ BTech Civil / Eq. with post-qualification experience of 15-20 years in construction management. - Additional qualifications such as MRICS, PMP, are desirable. Your strong background in Real Estate Management, Project Management, and Commercial Project Management will be beneficial in this role. You should possess excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple real estate projects simultaneously.,
