Audited result of any project should be 90% in Quality, safety. Internal and External kick off meetings of final project. Prepare project work schedules. Required Material Follow up & ERP Updates. Arrange resources (Machin,manpower etc) Approval of rework, extra work etc. Resolve site-related issues and arrange meetings with internal teams (SS, SE, PE) Site visit for ongoing work inspection. Coordinate with architects, customers, and consultants regarding technical meetings. Before final fire NOC visit with Liasoning officer and CFO. Final fire NOC document follow up sites allotment to liasoning officer. Before final fire NOC visit of project and clear the points before fire officer visit. Reporting to Management regarding Site work status. Form - A, B quantity checking. Coordination with Safety team. weekly/monthly/quarter/Annual meetings. Contractor bills checking. Clients-Billing problems solve. Operational task implementation. Quarterly sites Target setting for projects team. Primary technical visit on site with sales team. Consultancy/EC Technical meeting. BOQ checking (consultant and OSFS) Drawings checking (consultant and OSFS) Technical /Final meetings with sales team. Support to Internal and External clients. Coordination with clients regarding NOC scrutiny points. After fire officer visit-objection points discussed with client. Liasoning work. (PCMC/PMRDA/MIDC) Coordination with Maintenance team. Technical Trainings for team. Provisional NOC file scrutiny. (PCMC/PMC/PMRDA) Technical Interviews. Core team/open meet task and implementation.
