Project Lead - SAP Master Data Governance

As a Project Lead specialized in SAP Master Data Governance, your role will involve overseeing the successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion of small or less complex projects related to SAP Master Data Governance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the development, production support, and maintenance activities of SAP Master Data Governance projects. - Ensuring timely completion of timesheets and invoicing processes. - Acting as the primary interface with customers, addressing issues proactively to prevent escalations. - Creating functional and technical specification documents. - Tracking open tickets/incidents in the queue, allocating tickets to resources, and ensuring timely closure. - Ensuring analysts adhere to SLAs/KPIs/OLAs. - Driving continuous improvement within the delivery team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Assisting the Project Manager in Risk Management and participating in quality reviews to ensure compliance with quality norms. - Ensuring project compliance with Software Quality Processes and adherence to defined timelines. - Drafting initial charter and project plan, reviewing functional and technical specification documents. - Monitoring and analyzing project control metrics, and consolidating project status reports across all modules. - Leading activities related to maintaining successful knowledge management, including reuse, accuracy, and efficiency. - Serving as the single point of contact for the project team to project stakeholders. - Promoting teamwork, motivating, mentoring, and developing subordinates. - Providing application production support as per the process/RACI Matrix. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance. - Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. - Proficiency in drafting project charters, plans, and technical specification documents. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to motivate and mentor team members effectively. - Familiarity with Software Quality Processes and compliance standards. - Experience in application production support and adherence to process frameworks like RACI.,
