Project Lead - SAP Master Data Governance

You will be joining our team in Hyderabad as a Project Lead specializing in SAP Master Data Governance. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion of small or less complex projects related to SAP Master Data Governance. Your key responsibilities will include leading the development, production support, and maintenance activities of SAP Master Data Governance projects. You will also ensure timely completion of timesheets and invoicing processes, act as the primary interface with customers, create functional and technical specification documents, track open tickets/incidents, and ensure analysts adhere to SLAs/KPIs/OLAs. Additionally, you will be driving continuous improvement within the delivery team, assisting the Project Manager in Risk Management, participating in quality reviews, ensuring project compliance with Software Quality Processes, and adhering to defined timelines. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing project control metrics, consolidating project status reports, and leading activities related to maintaining successful knowledge management. As the single point of contact for the project team to project stakeholders, you will promote teamwork, motivate, mentor, and develop subordinates. Furthermore, you will be providing application production support as per the process/RACI Matrix. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance. You should possess a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies, proficiency in drafting project charters, plans, and technical specification documents, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and mentor team members effectively. Familiarity with Software Quality Processes, compliance standards, experience in application production support, and adherence to process frameworks like RACI will be advantageous.,
