Project Lead L1

Role Overview: As a Project Lead for product migration assignment, you will be working remotely with no travel requirement. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the main point of contact for external customers (Physicians and Hospitals) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee product migration tasks. You will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and managing Revenue Cycle solutions product migration activities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the implementation of products for existing clients, including adding new business or modifying current business - Conduct client outreach to initiate the product implementation/migration process - Present project plans to clients regarding product modules to be implemented based on signed contracts - Define scope of product migration activities and set client expectations accordingly - Educate clients on best practices and guide them through the product migration phase - Coordinate all communication with clients, including organizing meetings and conference calls - Ensure accurate reporting of all migration-related activities under the supervision of the Program Manager - Schedule and facilitate client training sessions, reporting on training completion - Handle multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines - Complete projects within specified timelines while proactively mitigating risks that could cause delays - Develop and manage detailed work plans, schedules, and client status reports - Track and manage client product migration deliverables - Collaborate with internal departments to address client requirements and resolve issues related to product migration - Ensure a smooth hand-off to the client services group for ongoing support post product migration - Address client questions and issues during product migration by liaising with internal departments - Keep the project on track and within scope, anticipating and resolving project issues - Work with the team and management to develop resolutions that meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals Qualifications Required: - Experience: 5-8 years Additional Company Details: You will be part of a team at a modern Wipro, an end-to-end digital transformation partner with ambitious goals.
