About the Role:


Project Lead


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects.
  • Design and implement scalable system architectures using

    microservices

    and

    RESTful APIs

    .
  • Oversee both frontend and backend development ensuring quality and performance.
  • Manage deployments and cloud environments (

    AWS

    ,

    Azure

    , etc.).
  • Structure and optimize databases (

    SQL & NoSQL

    ).
  • Integrate CRMs, HRMS, and Payroll systems.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and teams in fluent English.

    • Requirements:


    • 3+ years of experience as a

      Project Lead or Technical Lead

      .
    • Expertise in

      React, Angular, Node.js, Java/Python

      .
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Knowledge of

      Agile/Scrum

      and

      DevOps

      is a plus.
