Project Incharge Fenestration & Glazing

As a Project Incharge for Fenestration & Glazing at Valueline, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site execution of projects in Delhi NCR. Valueline is India's largest brand house for luxury homes, known for curating complete luxury lifestyles with global products. Our Fenestration & Glazing Division specializes in high-end architectural solutions, providing premium aluminum window systems and facade solutions. Your key responsibilities will include on-site supervision and execution, project coordination with architects and contractors, collaboration with fabrication units, team and vendor management, quality control, safety compliance, material and inventory management, problem-solving, issue resolution, and reporting/documentation. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in fenestration, glazing, facade, or aluminum window systems. You should possess strong technical knowledge of aluminum systems, glazing techniques, fabrication processes, and installation procedures. Effective coordination skills, project management abilities, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field are also required.
