Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the entire rolling mill project from scratch and maintenance processes, managing the team effectively, and ensuring safety standards are met. Your role will involve planning and coordinating project schedules, optimizing processes, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining equipment. Additionally, you will be required to handle budgets, monitor performance, and report on progress to senior management. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the entire rolling mill project from scratch and maintenance processes - Manage the team effectively and ensure safety standards are met - Plan and coordinate project schedules - Optimize processes and troubleshoot issues - Maintain equipment - Handle budgets and monitor performance - Report on progress to senior management Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field - Experience in a project of rolling mill of the latest standards and fast rolling mill - Strong leadership and team management skills - Knowledge of safety standards and compliance in an industrial setting - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Proven track record in optimizing production processes and equipment maintenance - Strong communication and reporting skills - Experience in budget management and performance monitoring - Good knowledge of software involved in project monitoring Location: This full-time on-site role is for a Project Head Rolling Mill located in Ranigunj, West Bengal.
