Project Head (Residential & Commercial)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Execution Leadership:

   Take full ownership of day-to-day site operations across both residential and commercial projectsensuring timely and quality execution of all civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works.

2. Planning & Scheduling:

   Prepare and manage micro-level execution plans, work schedules, and resource allocations. Monitor progress and ensure alignment with the master project timeline.

3. Execution Oversight:

   Direct and supervise on-site teams including contractors, engineers, supervisors, and safety officers to ensure productivity, quality, and compliance with project specifications.

4. Coordination with Consultants & Vendors:

   Work closely with architects, structural engineers, service consultants, and vendors to ensure seamless coordination and timely resolution of site issues.

5. Quality & Safety Control:

   Ensure adherence to construction quality standards and safety protocols across all site activities. Conduct regular site inspections and audits.

6. Material & Resource Planning:

   Coordinate with procurement and purchase teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and resources needed for uninterrupted progress.

7. Progress Reporting:

   Provide regular updates to senior management on site progress, risks, bottlenecks, and mitigation plans. Maintain daily/weekly MIS reports and site documentation.

8. Problem-Solving on Site:

   Resolve site-level execution challenges in real time, including technical issues, workforce concerns, and coordination delays.
