Role Description

Project Head - Sales located in Mumbai.

The role involves planning, implementation and smooth operation of a specific project. Responsibility of Project Head includes achievement of overall show target as well as assigned individual target. The Project head is also responsible for overall Team Management.

Role Responsibilities

• Ensure that the respective exhibitions assigned to him\her are actively promoted and marketed through the help of the marketing team using all relevant channels
• Undertake basic lead research activities so build potential client database
• To define the project scope, goals and deliverables and resource requirements
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and potential exhibitors through telemarketing and one to one meeting
• Represent the organization by attending exhibition in the relevant territory or if required across India
• Ensure a high standard of professionalism across verbal and non-verbal communication
• To constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to Management through submission of weekly reports.
• To manage project resource allocation and schedule project timelines
• To create and monitor promotions to enhance the visitor foot fall at the shows and upselling to clients and to deliver targeted results within budget and deliver growth at the event
• To liaison at all levels for business – Corporate, Public Sector, Government and building credibility and lasting relationships with prospects
• To implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• To project evaluations and assessment of results

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Experience

3-5 years of experience in similar or project management capacity.
