1. Prepare, communicate, and monitor the annual budget for the site(s) assigned
2. Planning, resource utilization & workforce management at the site.
3. Implement cost-saving measures to substantially reduce person-days, production costs, raw materials,
and energy consumption.
4. Establish and maintain liaison with external professional, business, financial, and governmental bodies relevant
to the operations. Stakeholder management, including PCB,CPCB & MOEF
5. Implement safety, health, and environment ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OSHAS18001 (IMS).
6. Maintain & Monitor project MIS
7. Review, update and monitor the risk register for the site
Domain : Hazardous Waste Management. Air, Waster, Land Pollution Act
Functional: Lean/Six Sigma, budgeting, employee engagement, sales.
Technical: Incineration, Boilers, Effluent Treatment, Landfills, Stabilization, MEP, ATFD
Leadership: Building winning teams and tolerance to ambiguity
