Project Handler - Customer Relationship Management (Real Estate Only)

As a Customer Service Executive in this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely communication with clients for the collection of funds at various project milestones. This includes following up with banks and financial institutions to secure project approvals and customer loan sanctions, as well as analyzing overdue MIS to keep it to a minimum. Your role will also involve guiding customers through the post-sales process until possession, raising demand letters, reminders, and notices to clients, and resolving customer queries within the specified turnaround time. Additionally, you will need to cultivate strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional after-sales service and ensuring a positive onboarding experience for new clients. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to collect funds at project milestones - Follow up with banks and financial institutions for approvals and loan disbursements - Analyze overdue MIS and minimize it - Guide customers through the post-sales process - Raise demand letters, reminders, and notices to clients - Resolve customer queries efficiently - Cultivate strong client relationships - Ensure correct terms of sale are entered into the database - Resolve customer complaints promptly - Coordinate with accounts department for documentation - Safely store customer files and important documents - Collect all KYC documents for clients - Ensure strict adherence to allotment/agreement processes - Update 4QT software and new projects - Handle management cases - Meet with Team Leads at project sites to verify construction status Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of experience in Customer Service - Positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction - Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques preferred - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to meet targets - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
