Position: Project Manager / Factory Manager – Plastic Packaging

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced professional from the plastic packaging sector to lead plant projects, oversee factory operations, and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of plastic technology and proven experience managing large-scale industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute new plant and process improvement projects
• Oversee daily factory operations and ensure smooth production flow
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely project completion
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are maintained
• Manage manpower, resources, and production planning
• Implement best practices to optimize efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or plastic technology preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the plastic packaging industry
• Strong project management and plant operation skills
• Leadership ability with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
