Job Title: Project Executive- Mobile Medical Unit

Location - Pune, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Operations Management:

    Oversee end-to-end project operations to ensure all planned services and activities are executed effectively and on time.
  2. Daily Schedule Coordination:

    Organize and monitor daily project schedules while ensuring staff punctuality and adherence to timelines.
  3. Operational Plan Implementation:

    Ensure strict execution of the operational plan and maintain quality standards across all activities.
  4. Staff Coordination:

    Arrange substitute staff in the absence of regular team members to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
  5. Patient Referrals & Follow-Ups:

    Manage patient referrals and ensure regular follow-ups for timely healthcare support.
  6. Home Visits:

    Ensure home visits are conducted for bedridden and critically ill patients as per protocol.
  7. Volunteer Engagement:

    Guide and motivate volunteers in supporting community activities and assist them in project-related tasks.
  8. Data Management & Reporting:

    Maintain accurate records and generate Monthly MIS reports as per project requirements.
  9. Emergency Response:

    Act promptly during emergencies at community sites and follow established emergency protocols in cases of natural calamities or accidents.

Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Healthcare, Social Work, Public Health, Nursing, or any relevant field (Masters degree preferred but not mandatory).
  • 13 years of experience in community healthcare, public health projects, healthcare operations, or field supervision.
  • Experience working with NGOs, hospitals, or community-based programs will be an added advantage.

Key Skills:

  • Strong coordination and operational management skills.
  • Ability to manage field teams and ensure smooth execution of daily activities.
  • Basic understanding of patient care, referrals, and home-care procedures.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in emergency situations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic reporting.
  • Ability to travel frequently within project locations.
