Description We are seeking a dedicated and caring Baby Sitter to provide quality childcare and ensure the safety and well-being of children in a nurturing environment. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are passionate about working with children. Responsibilities Supervise and care for children in the absence of their parents or guardians. Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children. Engage children in educational and recreational activities, including arts and crafts, games, and reading. Assist with homework and provide tutoring as needed. Maintain a safe and clean environment for the children. Communicate with parents regarding children's activities, progress, and any concerns. Our mission is to empower children and youth through innovative, community-based educational interventions. We partner with government schools, educators, and other stakeholders to drive systemic change. Role Overview: As a Program Associate , you will support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of educational programs in collaboration with schools and communities. This is an entry-level position ideal for a passionate and committed individual with a background in social work and an interest in education. Key Responsibilities: Assist in implementing education projects in government and low-income private schools. Conduct field visits to schools and communities to engage with students, teachers, and parents. Facilitate educational workshops, community meetings, and awareness sessions. Collect data, feedback, and documentation to monitor project progress. Support in preparing reports, case studies, and presentations. Coordinate with stakeholders, including school authorities, NGOs, volunteers, and donors. Maintain project records and ensure documentation is up-to-date. Assist in administrative and logistical support for program events and training. Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a recognized institution. Internship experience or fieldwork in the education/development sector is preferred. Passion for working with children, youth, and underserved communities. Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace). Desirable Skills: Knowledge of Right to Education (RTE) and other education policies. Familiarity with community mobilization and school systems.
