Project Executive

As someone with a background in residential interior projects, you will be responsible for handling finishing, planning, and scheduling of projects. Your role will involve hands-on experience in furniture fit-outs and collaborating with project coordinators and designers to understand project requirements. This will include collecting drawings and production details, analyzing drawings, and addressing any project-related doubts with the designer. You will also be responsible for updating site conditions, preparing execution plans, and confirming manpower and tool requirements. Your tasks will include ensuring all materials are available on-site before assigning carpenters, conducting project department meetings, and documenting minutes of meetings to address issues and gather suggestions. You will also be responsible for maintaining site attendance, controlling absenteeism, and adhering to established systems and processes. Building strong relationships with customers, updating work status to both the coordinator and customers, and interacting with clients to ensure satisfactory project completion are essential aspects of this role. Key skills required for this position include project management, project scheduling, project coordination, interior fit-outs, and interiors finishing.
