Project Executive

As a candidate for the role, your primary responsibility will be to develop and expand Internal Control Systems (ICS) by identifying new areas for implementation and devising strategies to meet the requirements. This will involve creating awareness and providing training on organic farming to farmers, as well as recruiting new farmers for organic farming conversion. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing field staff through the creation and execution of monthly plans to ensure effective operations. Your role will also involve collaborating with the Local Resource Person (LRP) to support farmers in their transition from non-organic to organic farming practices. This includes facilitating farmer visits, addressing queries, and conducting training programs tailored to their needs and requirements. You will also be responsible for resolving LRP queries related to HR policies, working closely with the HR team. Furthermore, you will oversee the implementation and monitoring of ICS for organic production, including conducting internal inspections for compliance and maintaining accurate documentation for farm auditing purposes. You will also be involved in preparing ICS documents for audits, executing field audits to ensure zero Non-Conformities (NCs), and managing ICS audits. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will collaborate with the LRP team to implement CSR projects at ICS locations, drive social responsibility initiatives, and provide procurement support by assisting the procurement team in sourcing commodities from ICS and supervising harvesting and dispatch. To excel in this role, you should hold a B.Sc/Diploma in Agriculture or a relevant field, or a PG in any subject, along with up to 2 years of prior experience. Knowledge of Agri Commodities, comfort with traveling to different project locations in India, and multitasking abilities in a team are also essential for this position.
