Role Overview: As a Store Design Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to efficiently manage and supervise the store design, execution, and maintenance. You will ensure the construction is of good quality and completed within the specified time schedule. Your role will also involve coordinating between design and construction activities, verifying contractors" work and invoices, and monitoring site safety and statutory compliance. Attending design/construction meetings to resolve issues and prepare necessary reports will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage store design execution and maintenance - Supervise construction quality and schedule - Ensure continuous availability of client supplied items for construction - Coordinate between design and construction activities - Verify contractors" work and invoices - Monitor site safety and statutory compliance - Attend design/construction meetings to resolve issues - Prepare purchase orders, MIS, and progress reports Qualifications: - B.E. in Civil Engineering Experience: - Minimum 5-6 years of experience in managing retail interior design and maintenance - Hands-on experience in retail roll out plan of exclusive stores, MBO, FOFO, SIS - Experience in developing a regional vendor base and managing related follow-ups - Willingness to travel frequently (Note: No additional company details were provided in the job description),
