Job Description

As an Assistant in this role, you will be responsible for supporting the project planning and management, budget and financial management, quality assurance and compliance, team leadership and coordination, risk management, and client and stakeholder management aspects of various projects. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Project Planning & Management: - Assist in developing project plans, including defining scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. - Oversee day-to-day project management to ensure milestones are achieved and risks are managed. - Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to align projects with company goals. - Monitor project progress, prepare regular reports for senior management, and make adjustments to keep projects on track. - Budget & Financial Management: - Support in preparing project budgets and ensure financial targets are met. - Monitor and control project costs, addressing any financial risks or issues. - Approve project expenditures and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. - Quality Assurance & Compliance: - Ensure projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. - Implement quality control measures to meet required specifications. - Manage compliance issues related to zoning, permits, and environmental regulations. - Team Leadership & Coordination: - Lead and mentor project teams, offering guidance, support, and training. - Foster a collaborative working environment with clear communication among stakeholders. - Coordinate with internal departments to align project activities with business objectives. - Risk Management: - Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Resolve issues that arise during projects, including delays, disputes, or scope changes. - Client & Stakeholder Management: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, investors, and key stakeholders. - Manage client expectations and ensure project deliverables meet requirements. - Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and clients on project status and outcomes.
