Arrowsight’s proven Remote Video Auditing (RVA) services provide a “Game Film for Business” solution and supporting your team to avoid severe workplace injuries. RVA has improved risk management and boosted productivity in food manufacturing and healthcare since 2002 and is now being used by major construction contractors. RVA empowers front line supervisors and project managers to see, evaluate, and correct dangerous workplace behaviors that lead to injuries, as well as significantly improve productivity. RVA targets workplace safety areas with the highest risk of a major claim: staying away from energized equipment, not touching live loads, proper fall protection compliance, PPE, and much more.

At Arrowsight Pvt. Ltd. (APL), we provide support services to our clients by ensuring auditing services for the videos captured on day shift in USA are completed during USA night-time and data is available for management and executive reports. India entity is primarily responsible for Remote Video Auditing (RVA) services and provide customer services and engineering support to advance the proprietary software and hardware capabilities of the associated enterprise.

APL is looking for an experienced business analyst who has an unmatched acumen for understanding phases of civil construction work, Project management knowledge and requirements analysis of safety audits and good understanding of pre-sales and customer relationship management.

Job Type: Full time

Work Shift: Maximum possible overlap with US EST time.

On daily basis, this role will interface Head of Construction Services and VP Technology supporting pre-sales, estimation and frequent analytics requirements on the projects being done in our construction vertical. Own the data delivery responsibility for responding to customer requests as per changing audit rules and stage of work at project site.

This role will be working closely with account managers of Arrowsight Inc. and ability to plan workdays to overlap with US hours is expected.

Experience: Minimum 8 years in client engagement, professional services delivery with hand on experience in Project Management planning and estimation.

Required Skills

Ø Business analysis and project estimation knowledge

Ø Exceptional skills in working with MS office tools and applications,

Ø Impeccable analytical and presentation skills

Ø Capable of understanding technical and business components associated with project management

Ø Experience communicating and managing expectations from CxOs and VPs.

Ø Good command in English communication

Ø Mature individual with attention to detail, quick learner, highly dependable, responsive, comfortable with deadlines

Ø Committed to following project assignment protocols as instructed

Ø Dependable with a high degree of integrity

Ø Innovative and pragmatic, meaning they can grow with the role as they get more experience to improve deliverables and outcomes

Desired Skills / Certifications

  • >7 years of experience related to project estimating for cost and timelines
  • On-site construction experience will be a great advantage for this role.
  • Experience with safety and health acts like OSHA, NIOSH – Construction / Industrial
  • Demonstrated history of process improvement
  • Certified Project Management Professional
  • Good command on spoken and written English
  • Highly skilled in presenting analysis results to senior executives of clients.

Qualification

  • Masters / Postgraduate along with Civil / Construction or equivalent qualifications
  • Minimum seven years of experience in management of projects, business analysis and stakeholder management.
  • Five plus years of experience with delivering quality insights and analysis results to customers.
  • Certification or degree in occupational Safety and Health is highly desirable.
  • On field experience in safety and health inspection and or audits is desirable.

Specific Requirements: All candidates must successfully clear a background check and represent that they are neither a member of, nor a participant in, any animal rights groups.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
