• Windows Server Technologies, Building new Servers , Deploying servers 
• File Servers
• Printer
• Domain Controllers 
• Some knowledge of BICEP or other Infrastructure as code technologies 
• Exposure to Email Migration, On prem to M365, or Tenant to Tenant migrations with tools like migration Wiz or manually
• Email Filtering technologies like Mimecast 
• M365 MDM and Intune configuration 
• Autopilot Deployment etc. 
• M365 Security
• Azure Knowledge , Maintaining and deploying infrastructure into Azure 

Certificates

• any of the following certifications or higher 
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-102) or
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102)
• Microsoft Windows Server (AZ-800, AZ-801)
• They need to be Self starters , be able to think of their feet and Agile
