Project Engineering Intern

Background

Biofilm Engineers envisions providing robust, affordable, and sustainable wastewater treatment systems. We use cutting-edge biotechnology, and IoT platforms to provide smart decentralized wastewater treatment services. We are looking for a project intern to work on our pilot wastewater treatment monitoring in Sullurupet, Andhra Pradesh.

Position: Project intern

Time frame – 3 Months

Responsibilities

1. ETP plant monitoring and troubleshooting
2. Sample custody for wastewater analysis – To ensure quality during the collection of wastewater samples, storage, and delivery of samples to accredited labs.
3. Monitoring of the pilot wastewater treatment as per SOP.
4. Report writing and drafting technical drawings.
5. Field water quality analysis.

1. Individuals interested in exploring and building a career in the water & sanitation sector.
2. Affinity to work on field site.
3. Excellent coordination skills.
4. Ability to think under pressure and make decisions independently.
5. Bachelors in engineering, or science.
6. Local language proficiency will be an asset.
7. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
