About the Role:

 As a Project Engineer, you will plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end VSAT installations (KVH/STARLINK) with backup terminals(Certus/IOP/Thales). You’ll be the technical lead for all VSAT-related projects from vessel takeovers to remote troubleshooting — ensuring seamless execution, robust support, and maximum customer satisfaction.

*Roles & Responsibilities*

 ✅ Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end VSAT installations (KVH/STARLINK) with backup terminals (Certus/IOP/Thales).

 ✅ Act as technical lead for all VSAT projects from vessel takeovers to remote troubleshooting and support.

 ✅ Work closely with sales & delivery teams, prepare accurate technical documentation, and ensure seamless execution.

 ✅ Manage network security monitoring and assist with vessel IT systems, email setups, firewall configurations, VPNs, and more.

 ✅ Support onboard engineers and deliver exceptional customer service to keep vessels connected globally.

*Requirement*:

 ✔️ 5+ years’ proven experience with VSAT installations and satellite communication systems.

 ✔️ Strong hands-on knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and remote troubleshooting tools.

 ✔️ Familiarity with leading OEMs like KVH, STARLINK, Certus, IOP, and Thales.

 ✔️ Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and solve problems proactively.

 ✔️ Excellent communication and coordination skills.
