Project Engineer

We are looking for someone who is technically strong and passionate about making a difference through civil engineering.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering

  (B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech).

• 3 to 5

  years of relevant experience in project execution.

• Proficiency in project planning, estimation, design, and site execution.

• Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.

• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with social workers and community stakeholders.

• Prior experience in the NGO/development sector is an added advantage.

• Description:

• We are a non-profit organisation (NGO) working on infrastructure and development projects that create a positive social impact. Our projects do not involve commercial or residential building construction. Instead, we focus on community-driven initiatives such as public utilities, rural infrastructure, sanitation, and educational facilities.

• The Project Engineer will be responsible for:

• Managing projects from planning to execution

• .Preparing and reviewing estimates, designs, and work schedules

• .Coordinating with stakeholders such as Social Workers, Field Coordinators, Officials, Vendors, and Contractors

• .Ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery of work

• .Working closely with local communities to ensure project relevance and sustainability.
