Job Description

We are looking for someone who is technically strong and passionate about making a difference through civil engineering.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
(B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech).
3 to 5

years of relevant experience in project execution.
Proficiency in project planning, estimation, design, and site execution.
Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with social workers and community stakeholders.
Prior experience in the NGO/development sector is an added advantage.
Description:
We are a non-profit organisation (NGO) working on infrastructure and development projects that create a positive social impact. Our projects do not involve commercial or residential building construction. Instead, we focus on community-driven initiatives such as public utilities, rural infrastructure, sanitation, and educational facilities.
The Project Engineer will be responsible for:
Managing projects from planning to execution
.Preparing and reviewing estimates, designs, and work schedules
.Coordinating with stakeholders such as Social Workers, Field Coordinators, Officials, Vendors, and Contractors
.Ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery of work
.Working closely with local communities to ensure project relevance and sustainability.
