Project Engineer

Position : Project Engineer

Location: Tamil Nadu

· Experience with Mitsubishi(iQR) and FX Series will be an advantage.

1. Must have a prior experience in controller logic development and SCADA screen development on project with more than 500 inputs and Outputs in ICS/ Distributed system and learning mindset to develop technical expertise as required for the project.

2. Excellent Communication Skills and Confidence.

3. Should have worked with System integrator (SI) company in the past and have prior Experience in execution of Pre-FAT, FAT, SAT for the projects and be capable of supporting multiple projects as per the overall execution plan of the projects.

4. Good command on Network architecture/implementation. Hands on experience in implementing protocols (Modbus -Serial RTU/ TCP/IP, OPC DA/ UA, IEC 104).Any additional communication protocol experience is add on.

5. Good exposure to industrial standards that are applicable during industrial control system project lifecycle.

6. Experience in understanding project technical requirements (HW/SW) based on tender and other project design inputs to generate technical deliverables of the project- IO List, Interface lists, Functional design Specification (FDS), Panel Internal and external wiring diagrams, Alarm list as per the direction of Project Lead

7. Should have commanding expertise in Controller selection, PLC Logic development(FB/Ladder/ SFC), SCADA application development.

8. Prior experience to Software Development lifecycle (SLDC) concepts and a team player with effective verbal and written communication skills to prepare design and testing documentations for the project.

11. Supervises and mentor Junior employees to ensure delivery schedules and verify that projects deliverable are accurate to project requirements.

12. Should be capable of providing Remote and onsite technical support in resolving technical issues with project as required.

13. Prior experience to Metro BMS projects, HVAC projects, Substation Automation projects is an advantage.
