A project engineer is responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines needed to complete a project. The project engineer works to plan projects, establish project criteria, coordinate project reviews, and ensure the proper implementation of project elements. Collaborating with different teams to align with the project design, planning and execution. Key responsibilities: Co-ordinate multiple discipline activity and serve as the responsible charge for projects . Actively coordinate with all other internal/external team members on complex projects . Personally handle or supervise others in the completion of projects as directed by the Manager of Engineering . Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field . Undertake Mechanical engineering design from concept through detailed design phases . Coordinate with design and engineering departments . Analyse product failures of new product designs assist with warranty return analysis. Maintains project database. Establish action plans and timelines for multiple projects. Must have knowledge in cost working for sheet metal, machining of components, assembly Contributes to team effort by accomplishing relating results as needed. Vendor co-ordinations . Site visits based on requirements and clear understanding of project scope Site installation and coordination with customers on regular basis. Key performance Indicators: Project Budget. Ontime project delivery. Risk analysis and management Coordination with other Internal & External stakeholders Project Quality Weekly project status update to clients & management Review System: Weekly review with reporting manager on day-to day activities and updates Quarterly review on performance and knowledge sharing by RM Annual review by Management . Qualification requirements: Experience in project management, from conception to delivery(turnkey projects) Hands on experience in handling/involve in complex project management. An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans. Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management. Strong client-facing and teamwork skills . Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control . Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner . Experience- 4-7 years into project management.
