Project Engineer (MEP)

Role Overview: As an MEP Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Your primary responsibilities will include working on Public Address, Fire Alarm, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical Power, and Lighting systems. You will also be involved in planning, design verification, layout preparation, load calculation, and monitoring of execution works. Additionally, you will be required to provide technical advice, analyze engineering problems, and manage multiple projects efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Reviewing plans and specifications according to the project requirements - Overseeing the work of subordinate staff and coordinating with architects and engineers - Preparing plans, details, specifications, and cost estimates for plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and piping systems - Providing technical advice to staff designers, supervisors, inspectors, and contractors on MEP system installation and maintenance - Analyzing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering problems and formulating effective solutions - Identifying design problems, managing projects, and ensuring timely project delivery - Planning, organizing, reviewing, and evaluating the work of consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders - Having knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software - Advising the Project Director on any technical aspects of mechanical services affecting construction progress - Reviewing contractors" schedules during site works with a focus on MEP services and reporting to the Project In charge Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering - Proven experience in MEP engineering and project management - Strong knowledge of Public Address, Fire Alarm, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Power systems - Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software - Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Full-time availability with the willingness to work in person at the specified location (Note: Job Type - Full-time, Work Location - In person),
