You should have expertise in 2D AutoCAD tools and 3D modeling software like Autoplant 3D for creating detailed models of field instruments, JB's, LCS, control panels, and cable trays. To be successful in this role, you should have a Diploma in Electrical or ITI with knowledge and experience in Water Treatment systems, specifically in E&I systems for Water Treatment Plants (ETP, STP, WTP, DM-RO). You should possess knowledge of electrical and instrument systems requirements for WTP, STP, ETP, DM-RO, as well as E&I systems for WTP/STP/WWTP/ETP. As an Electrical Design Engineering Professional, you will be responsible for various aspects of electrical design within the field. With 5 to 8 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in tasks such as load sizing, transformer sizing, cable sizing, generator sizing, battery charger & battery sizing, earthing calculation, and lightning protection calculation. Additionally, you will be involved in conductor sizing calculation for Plant & Switchyard projects. Your duties will also include the preparation of essential diagrams and layouts such as Single Line Diagram (SLD), lighting layout, lightning layout, earthing layout, cable routing layout for Plant & Switchyard, Switchyard layout, and Electrical Switchgear room layout. You will work on the protection system of electrical equipment like Transformers, Motors, Busbars, and DG sets. What we're looking for We are seeking an experienced EAI Engineer (FDS) to support our team from the design and engineering of plant electrical distribution infrastructure through to installation and commissioning. This role involves technical specification writing, equipment sizing, vendor selection support, and ensuring the seamless execution of EAI deliverables for EPC industrial projects, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. Key Responsibilities: The EAI Engineer-FDS will: Support the team from the design/engineering of plant electrical distribution infrastructure. Support end-users for supplier selection from a technical standpoint. Support during installation and commissioning processes. Support the Energy/Utilities Design Manager in writing technical specifications, sizing of equipment (calculation notes), etc., including distributing and defining the scope of services.
