· Heads the MEP services on site · Coordinating with consultants during design stage for ensuring execution · Coordinating with civil agencies to ensure adequate and timely work front for the services. · Troubleshooting all issues relating to services throughout project lifecycle. · Quality checking of implementation of all services · Ensuring commissioning of the service equipments in line with schedule · Providing technical support for all clearances with statutory agencies such as Electricity, Water Supply & Sewage, Fire Department · Bill checking / preparation of Services Bills and NT items · Managing claims related to Services
