What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from concept through execution to completion.
• Prepare and review structural and civil designs, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and regulatory bodies for approvals and technical reviews.
• Resolve technical issues on-site and ensure proper documentation of changes and progress.
• Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and assist in project planning and budgeting.
• Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policies and statutory regulations.
• Review tender documents and participate in the bidding process when required.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred but not mandatory).
• 10-12 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, preferably in Hospital or Hotel.
• Proficiency in civil design and project management software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro equivalent
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordination for required MEP services with design team.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams, timelines, and project budgets.
