Job Description

Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth communication.
Train and guide site supervisors, technicians, and contractors.
Attend client meetings and handle technical queries effectively.Prepare detailed project designs, layouts, and technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar tools.
Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies (roof structure, shadow analysis, load requirements).
Optimize system design to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Verify quality of materials and installation work as per project specifications.
Ensure compliance with MNRE, DISCOM, and other regulatory requirements.
Conduct inspection, testing, and commissioning of completed projects.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and material consumption.
Ensure project completion within approved cost and schedule.
Conduct post-installation performance monitoring and troubleshoot issues.
