Required Skillset:

• Contribute to the technical design of functional requirements to ensure service efficiency

1. Assist in drafting necessary technical specifications based on functional specifications.
2. Help organize the development and/or configuration of software components.
3. Ensure the creation of corresponding descriptive documentation.

• Contribute to coordination and relevance of the qualification phase to ensure software quality

1. Ensure the quality of developments and/or configurations performed.
2. Contribute to testing activities and communicate results for functional and technical validation.
3. Analysis of technical Impact and test scope review
4. Monitor anomalies and ensure incident resolution.

• Contribute to tracking and resolving anomalies to maintain software reliability and stability

1. Participate in corrective developments following internal and/or external anomaly reports.
2. Assist in unit testing of these corrections and update corresponding documentation.
3. Quality checks between requirement and delivery of the product

• Contribute to cost, quality, and timeline constraints to guarantee development performance

1. Support compliance with development norms and standards.
2. Support for implementation and post implementation activities
3. Technical documentation and handover from development team
