Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Receive and study input from various sources, understand requirements, and plan work accordingly.
Generate concepts, perform engineering calculations, make detailed designs, and select components from suppliers.
Propose innovative solutions and creative ideas, finalize design with customer approval, and prepare 2D drawings and 3D models in Creo/Windchill.
Perform BOM changes and CNs using Teamcenter, maintain effective communication with customers and stakeholders, and stay updated on new competencies.
Address customer questions, troubleshoot problems, and report to the Manager/Team Lead in a timely manner.
Comply with company policies, follow business values and practices, and contribute to a culture of innovation and teamwork.

Job Requirements

BE/BTech-Mechanical from a reputed institute with a minimum of 70% or 7.5 CGPA.
Possess good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrate self-motivation, goal orientation, enthusiasm, positivity, and adaptability in an international work environment.
Be detail-oriented with a strong inclination towards learning and growth.
Exhibit a team player mindset, be open-minded, flexible, and committed to achieving common goals.
Have basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, material selection, structural design, engineering calculations, hydraulics, and electricals.
Experience in CAD/PLM software such as Creo/Teamcenter is required.
Understanding of new product development/product maintenance and engineering release process is essential.
Good understanding of GD&T and tolerance analysis is necessary.
Hands-on experience in preparing 2D drawings and 3D models in Creo/Windchill is expected.
Ability to comply with company policies and adhere to business values and practices.
