Role & responsibilities

For Project Engineer

• Project Planning and Coordination
• Develop project timelines, schedules, and work plans
• Coordinate tasks among the project team and manage resources effectively
• Supervise and manage technical/other teams involved in the project.
• Technical knowledge in engineering (electrical, mechanical, civil, etc.).
• Strong production management skills, including resource handling
• Ability to handle multidisciplinary teams and manage resources.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Trip and tons log sheet maintaining
• Monitoring Health of machinery & spares.
• Check on plant downtime.
• Man power fulfillment and Daily attendance.
• RDF shredded.
• Quality of aggregates.
• Check the Cost / ton.
• Log Sheet Checks.
• Updating the daily Meeting Sheet at Site Level.
• Time office coordination
• Inward and Outward Tickets.
• Follow up on indent / Spares of machineries

For Earth movers In-charge

• Oversee daily operations of earthmoving equipment such as excavators, loaders, dozers, tippers, and compactors.
  
• Allocate machinery and operators as per the site requirements and work schedule.
  
• Monitor machine performance and ensure timely servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
  
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and bio-mining supervisors for work planning.
  
• Ensure safe operating practices and compliance with environmental and safety guidelines.
  
• Maintain records of fuel usage, machine hours, breakdowns, and operator attendance.
  
• Verify equipment log sheets and report issues immediately to management.
  
• Supervise operators and helpers, ensuring discipline and productivity at site
