Project Engineer - E&A

As a Project Engineer - E&A at Wyeth Nutritionals in Tuas, Singapore, your role will involve providing support for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Electricity and Automation (E&A) activities. You will be responsible for participating in CAPEX projects and ensuring that all MES-E&A activities align with corporate guidelines to enhance business objectives, product quality, and plant operation/performance while prioritizing health and safety, product safety, and environmental considerations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Participating in Capital Investments projects to ensure technical solutions meet corporate and market standards, are delivered with expected quality, on time and within budget - Preparing user and technical specifications, coordinating main user requirements, following up on solution development, conducting pre-tests, implementing solutions, and training operators and maintenance crews - Mastering process and product characteristics to drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, and efficiency while safeguarding technological know-how and competitive advantage - Ensuring process and equipment safety for people, products, and the environment, and actively participating in engineering tools implementation and maintenance and inspection activities to uphold asset reliability - Executing market strategy for MES, Electricity, and Automation in alignment with corporate standards and best engineering practices To be successful in this role, you should have: - Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automation and/or MES engineer with Electrical experience - Experience in personnel supervision, participation in engineering projects, start-up of technical equipment or production lines, and self-management following defined KPIs/Objectives - Exposure to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), preventive maintenance planning, and/or maintenance execution is desired but not required Join Wyeth Nutritionals in this challenging and rewarding role where you can contribute to the enhancement of product quality, operational performance, and safety standards while driving continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.,
