Role Overview: As a skilled Project Engineer with Commercial buildings experience, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all activities related to construction projects on-site. Your role will require strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations. - Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the project. - Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and specifications. - Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. - Interpret and analyze engineering drawings, plans, and blueprints. - Provide technical guidance and support to the project team. - Resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during construction. - Monitor and manage material procurement, inventory, and usage. - Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on-site. - Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate risks. - Conduct regular meetings with the project team to discuss progress, issues, and solutions. - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the project.
