About the Project:

Construction and infrastructure development of:

• Canteen Building
• Security Gate House
• Driver Rest Room
• Ongoing Civil & Infrastructure Maintenance Activities at Site

Qualifications:

• Education:

  B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering

• Experience:

  Minimum

  6 years

  and maximum

  9 years

  in civil engineering roles

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute civil, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and structural works at site
• Coordinate with local contractors and their teams for project execution
• Ensure strict adherence to Permit to Work systems and Life Saving Rules
• Ensure mandatory PPE usage and promote safety culture at site
• Handle civil and infrastructure maintenance activities
• Perform bill checking, verification, and contractor billing processes
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
• Work closely with the Head Maintenance for daily reporting and task execution
• Support quality monitoring and compliance with legal & company standards

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge of civil construction and maintenance
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and work teams
• Good understanding of safety standards & compliance
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in computer usage for reporting and documentation
