Project Engineer (Civil)

Job Description: As a Project Engineer at the leading Real Estate Company in Coimbatore, your role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. You will be responsible for supervising work execution, coordinating with contractors and consultants, maintaining quality control, and ensuring compliance with design and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities. - Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. - Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely material and manpower availability. - Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, quality, and progress. - Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation. - Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. - Resolve technical issues and report any site-related challenges to the Project Manager. - Verify measurements for billing and material consumption. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Qualification Required: - BE Civil / Diploma Civil - 7+ years of experience in the Real Estate, Apartments, or Villas industry Additional Details: The company offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
