Job summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer specializing in Civil and Interior Works to manage and lead site-based projects in the Real Estate sector. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise and management skills to ensure successful project completion within the set timelines and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and track project schedules for civil and interior works, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines and milestones.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality standards for civil and interior constructions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines.
• Site Supervision: Manage and oversee all on-site activities, ensuring efficient execution of civil and interior works and solving any on-site issues effectively.
• Vendor and Contractor Management: Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services required for project completion.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and prepare financial reports to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Tekla Structures, Bluebeam Revu, Procore

Key Requirements

• Experience: 4-9 years of experience in project engineering within the civil and interior construction domain, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, B.Tech/B.E., or a related field. Specialization in Civil Engineering is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction management processes and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Experience with large-scale residential or commercial real estate projects

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
