PROJECT ENGINEER SECURITY & SAFETY SYSTEMS Key Role of this position PROJECT ENGINEER OF ELV, SECURITY SYSTEMS, FIRE DETECTION AND FIGHTING PROJECTS This position is primarily focused for Project Management, Construction & Commissioning for ELV & Security Systems, Fire Detection and Fighting Systems. Engineering: Design includes liaising with Design Engineers for understanding pre-bid Engineering, Detailed BOM, Identifying suitable products and models, Civil Defense & other Govt Approval packages, Isometric, REVIT and other design drawings, Calculation sheets, shop drawings, Technical Submittals., Project Management: Responsible in managing entire project cycle in meeting all set targets, including Erection and Installation works liaising with Main contractors, Consultants, Workforce and Site teams and sub- contractors. Commissioning and Handover: Responsible for Testing and Commissioning, Project stakeholders Approvals, SAT, Training and Handover Documentation. Responsible in all aspects to complete the project in meeting the stakeholder expectations, within the schedule and costs, ensure timely claims and collections, and managing the cash flow of the project. Responsible for QHSE performance of the project with Zero Tolerance. PROJECT ENGINEER SECURITY & SAFETY SYSTEMS Design and layout of ELV, Security and FF system in accordance with International and Local Standards. 1. Read and interpret construction documents including drawings, specifications, and contracts. 2. Coordinate with Design teams for Design and layout of all systems in accordance with relevant requirements and code analyses. 3. Coordinate with structural, architectural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical building components and/or systems. 4. Coordinate with Design Teams in Performing CCTV angle of view and typical installation scheme details. 5. Liaising with Draughtsman for managing all relevant shop drawings, cable and equipment tag schedules and other requirements for best engineering practices. 6. Coordinate with FF Design Engineer in performing hydraulic / flow calculation and reviews. Performing seismic bracing calculation and reviews. 7. Hands - on experience in preparing the material list (Bill of Material) preparation and fabrication report / drawings. 8. Attending meetings, compiling report data, and supporting presentations to team & managers. 9. To have knowledge to coordinate with all parties to perform standard fire protection design tasks such as sprinkler design, preliminary hydraulic calculations, fire pump selection, and fire suppression system layout in discussing with Design Teams. 10. Prepare Bill of Materials & Product technical data sheet for Material Approvals 11. Understanding all relevant codes and standards. PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION RESPONSIBILITY 1. Ensure that all assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. 2. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. 3. Ensure resource availability and allocation as per the manpower histogram planned. 4. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques 7. Report and escalate to management as needed 8. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders 9. Profile: BE Graduate in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics with 6-8 Years of relevant experience in meeting the above role and KPI. Salary travel to sites Pan INDIA as required Working Hours MON-SAT, 10AM-6PM Saturday working is based on site requirements and project demands. Contract: Limited and 2 months notice mutually.
