As a R&D Project Manager at Healthineers, you will lead projects with full accountability for outcomes, ensuring timely delivery, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Your role will involve strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, Product Managers, and Product Owners. Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, or similar will be advantageous in driving innovation, speed, and business impact. - **Project Leadership & Execution** - Manage R&D projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within defined scope, cost, time, and quality. - Drive alignment of project targets with R&D strategy, product portfolio, and technology roadmap. - Steer project budgets, resources, and agreements. - Apply Agile principles, methods, and frameworks to enable adaptive planning, early value delivery, and continuous improvement. - **Stakeholder & Team Collaboration** - Collaborate with Product Managers/Product Owners and other stakeholders to define and deliver project objectives. - Foster cross-functional teamwork, transparency, and knowledge sharing. - Incorporate customer feedback into project execution for satisfaction and business success. - **Compliance & Governance** - Ensure adherence to architecture, design, quality, product safety, and product security guidelines. - Manage risks and opportunities proactively, escalating issues for timely decisions when necessary. - **Continuous Improvement & Innovation** - Promote reuse, cooperation, lessons learned, and best practice sharing. - Identify opportunities for intellectual property and align with patent strategies. - **Documentation & Reporting** - Ensure accurate and complete project documentation. - Maintain transparency on progress, work items, and outcomes across teams and stakeholders. **Skills & Qualifications** - 10-15 years of overall industry experience in technology, engineering, preferably in the healthcare domain. - Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in R&D project management or similar leadership roles. - Knowledge of Agile Principles and Methodologies. - Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills. - Ability to manage budgets, resources, risks, and project governance effectively. - Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and continuous improvement mindset. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field; PMP/Agile certifications are a plus.
