Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management team by handling SAP data entries and ensuring accurate and timely updates of project-related information. The ideal candidate will coordinate with multiple project teams and work closely with Project Managers to track progress, maintain data integrity, and streamline reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage SAP entries for all project-related data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate and follow up with project teams to collect necessary information and updates.
• Support Project Managers in tracking project progress and maintaining documentation.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to project data and milestones.
• Identify and report any discrepancies in project data to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in process improvements to enhance data flow and reporting efficiency.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in data management, SAP entry, or project coordination (manufacturing industry preferred).
• Basic understanding of project management workflows and documentation.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in follow-ups.
