Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator at Universal Cargo & Equipments, located in Bompass Town, Deoghar, Jharkhand, your role is crucial in ensuring the successful planning and execution of projects. You will be responsible for client development, project planning, communication and coordination, documentation, and project closeout. Key Responsibilities: - Meet and onboard new clients or projects - Conduct physical meetings with existing and prospective clients - Assist in setting project timelines, schedules, and goals - Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and clients - Coordinate updates and field visits - Maintain detailed records, reports, and monitor project progress - Ensure proper documentation and final reporting after project completion Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any stream (BBA/B.Com/B.A./B.Sc. preferred) - Certification in project management is an added advantage - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred - Freshers may apply (with a 6-month probation period) - Language proficiency: Fluent in Hindi (Speaking & Writing), Basic to Intermediate in English (Reading, Writing & Speaking); knowledge of a regional language is a plus Additional Company Information: Universal Cargo & Equipments offers a competitive salary range of 10,000 to 30,000 per month, with a performance incentive of 1.2% of profit from any new project successfully brought in.
