ROLE OVERVIEW

UniAcoustic

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate between dealers, factory, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Prepare and manage quotations, order entries, and related documentation.
• Track project status, dispatch schedules, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate updates and resolve issues with all stakeholders.
• Support sales and business development team with project data and client requirements.
• Maintain project trackers, reports, and organized documentation.
• Ensure accuracy in order processing, invoicing, and dispatch records.
• Follow up proactively to meet timelines and client expectations.

REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email management.
• Good understanding of dispatch and project tracking processes.
• Analytical, organized, and deadline-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects efficiently.
• Proficiency in marketing tools, design tools and MS Office.
• Ability to take ownership, work independently, and deliver results.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
• 24 years of experience in project coordination, sales support, or operations.
• Experience in manufacturing, interiors, or building materials industry preferred.
