i) Study of Contract & Preparation of BOQ of Materials & Requisition for materials to Supply Chain Management .
ii) Planning & monitoring of the Projects to deliver the Project as per Contract Schedule.
iii) Getting approval of drawings & Technical Specification from Client.
iv) Placing order on sub -Contractors for Civil & Erection job .
v) Daily follow up with Contractors for Site Progress & its reporting to the Management
vi) Processing of the Sub- Contractor Bills.
vii) Correspondences with client whenever required.
viii) Obtaining Joint measurement Certificate(JMC) & Billing to Client for Civil & Erection work.
ix) Preparation & Compilation of documentation.
x) Materials Reconciliation ( Periodic & final).
xi) Project Close out .
