Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.
  • Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and documentation in

    Jira and Confluence

    .
  • Consolidate and circulate weekly status reports, meeting notes, and action logs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to follow up on deliverables and dependencies.
  • Support Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retros, sprint planning) by preparing agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
  • Monitor risks/issues raised by teams and escalate to PMs when needed.
  • Help prepare materials for stakeholder and executive reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Exposure to

    Jira, Confluence, MS Excel/PowerPoint

    for reporting and documentation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with multiple teams.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach in following up on tasks.
  • Interest in building a career in project management; PM training/certification a plus.
