Project Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Project Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to support the project manager in various project management tasks. This will involve tasks such as developing project management documents including budgets, schedules, scope statements, and plans. You will also be in charge of handling administrative duties like managing invoices, purchase orders, and inventory reports. Additionally, you will oversee the project procurement process and engage with project clients to determine their needs, define project requirements, acceptance criteria, and timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the team has all necessary resources at the right time. - Assign tasks to team members, clarify expectations regarding project milestones and deliverables. - Act as a liaison between the project team and clients throughout the project life cycle. - Monitor project progress, team performance, and provide updates to stakeholders. - Schedule stakeholder meetings, document proceedings, and generate reports to keep all parties informed. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication, problem-solving, change management, organizational, and management skills. - Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field. - Project management certifications and working knowledge of project management software. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or related fields. Location and Benefits: The job is based in Calicut and is a full-time, permanent position. Benefits include internet reimbursement, paid sick time, and paid time off.
