Project Coordinator - Solar

• Solar Project Planning and Coordination with respective Project Managers
• Preparing dashboard and MIS in coordination with other functional departments for data to analyse by Business Head
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of utility, solar projects.
• Coordinate with the project manager, engineers, and other team members to ensure all aspects of the projects are aligned
• Monitor and tracing project timelines and ensure all milestones are met, identify the delays and lags
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. (Daily Progress Report , Weekly Update , Milestone completion report )
• Provide regular updates to the Business Head and stakeholders on project status.
• Act as a point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Invoicing and Payment Tracking
• Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner.
• Track and manage payments from clients, ensuring all payments are received as per the agreed terms.
• Follow up on overdue payments and coordinate with the finance team to resolve any payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to the projects
• Ensure timely project execution by coordinating with internal teams and Business Head
• Documentation and Reporting to Solar Business Head

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering/construction management/ Project Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field
• Team Player and ability to coordinate with multiple teams across each function
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain the harmonics between Sales, Operations, Supply chain and Project Management team.
• Excellent skills on MS projects, AutoCAD, Power Point and Ms-Excel
