Job Description

The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and delivery of projects by managing schedules, communication, documentation, and cross-functional follow-ups. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in ensuring project milestones are met on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Coordinate daily project activities and ensure alignment across teams.
Maintain project documents, trackers, reports, and presentations.
Communicate updates between stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes (MOMs).
Monitor project progress and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues to leadership when needed.
Maintain project dashboards using tools like Notion, Trello, Asana, or Excel.
Support quality checks and ensure deliverables meet defined standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Monday.com).
Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset.

Preferred :

Experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support.
Exposure to working with cross-functional or remote teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹9,789.29 - ₹46,928.67 per month
